With extensive experience in policy research, he previously served as a senior advisor to McKinsey & Company, where he focused on regulatory and economic advisory, and held earlier leadership roles at Goldman Sachs. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
Gregory serves as Director of Energy & Technology Consulting, specializing in renewable energy solutions and emerging technologies. Previously, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte's Energy Practice and led innovation projects at GE Renewable Energy. He holds an MS in Energy Systems from MIT and an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg.
James is PHC’s Head of Financial Advisory, driving private equity and capital market strategies. He formerly structured APAC deals as a Director at J.P. Morgan in Singapore and spent years at Credit Suisse. He earned a Master’s in Financial Engineering from MIT.
As Senior VP for Industrial & Mining Consulting, Sarah oversees commodity trading and supply chain projects. Her decade at Glencore as Commercial Director and early career at ExxonMobil inform her expertise. She holds an MS from Michigan State and an MBA from Columbia.
David spearheads PHC’s Technology & Innovation practice, advising on semiconductors and AI. A former Principal at BCG in Taipei and Silicon Valley, he combines technical depth with investment acumen. He holds a Master’s in CS from UC Berkeley and an MBA from NYU Stern.
